The concept of chaotic
photography is to capture very busy scenarios in on image often showing
movement and lots of things or people.
Sebastio Salgado is a Brazilian social documentary photographer and photojournalist he is a great example of a chaos photographer.
Salgardo invested his time in becoming an economist and earned himself a masters degree in economics, he begins economist career working for the international coffee organisation meaning he often travelled to Africa for the wold bank. which is when he first seriously started to take photos .
In 1973 Salgado changed careers and left economics and committed to photography fully, he then began to work with the well known photography company Sygma whilst he was doing his documentary style work he also worked with gamma based in Paris up until 1979 where he joined the National cooperative of photographers "Magnum photos" after leaving in 1994 Salgado created his own group called "Amazonas images".
since 2001 Salgado has been ambassador for UNICEF goodwill.
From 2004 to 2011 he comitted to a project called "Genesis"consisting of images of wildlife and landscapes, also to raise awareness in 2007 Salgado displayed his images of coffee workers from Guatemala in the Brazilian embassy n London.
