Editing An Image

Today i learned how to blur singular sections of an image to create the illusion of a slow shutter speed.I did this by placing a motion blur filter on the copy of the background image which i created by duplicating the layer. this creates the illusion of a moving subject in an image and can also be used to enhance the look of a moving subject.
